It's working!

My sourdough starter is GROWING!! This is actually working!
(I'm kinda surprised)

The first batch after 24 hours. You can see the air bubbles and a little growth. 

Stage 2: discard half the starter, add 1/4 cup white flour, 1/4 cup rye flour, 1/4 water to the remaining. Let it sit for another 24 hours! 

This is after only 8 hours! It's growing! This is good sign so far!

I'm kinda getting excited for some fresh baked sourdough bread now. :)
