And...round 2

I killed it.

My sourdough started died on Day 3. I think I added too much water and it drowned. Oops.

Now I'm starting over. Round #2.

I'm bound and determined to make this sourdough starter because I have had my heart set on making some sourdough bread! I've been finding all sorts of recipes to try and I can't wait! This just gives me something to look forward to for next weekend (since it takes a week to grow a mature starter).
